the Vreeland Gallery

Much of the work appearing in this gallery grew out of my love affair with design. As a design educator my interests follow analytical thinking and problem solving, and for me artworks are the visual evidence of an ongoing effort to understand how things work. This is my credo. To my surprise, every once in a while, when I look at a piece of visual evidence, I'm overcome by a feeling that I cannot analyze, understand or describe. I'll call it beauty. Keith Vreeland
